Yes. LandlordnU supports flexible renting structures. Landlords and property managers can set monthly or 3-month payment plans, which you can easily filter for when searching in the mobile app.
What is the inspection audit report?
Before you inspect a property, a verified property manager or LandlordnU staff checks the building for electrical, plumbing, and structural defects, uploading a timestamped audit report with photos to the listing.
What documents do I need to submit to verify my property?
To list a property, you must complete personal KYC verification and submit proof of ownership documents, such as a Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) or Right of Occupancy (R of O).
How does LandlordnU regulate rental pricing?
We cross-reference property listings with average neighborhood valuer reports. If a listing is priced excessively higher than the market rate, we notify house hunters and recommend cheaper, comparable options nearby.
Can I assign a property manager to handle my listings?
Yes. You can manage properties yourself or assign a verified property manager from our marketplace to handle physical inspections, tenant inquiries, and maintenance.
What happens if I encounter a fraudulent agent?
If an agent tries to solicit payments outside the platform or submits fake deeds, flag the property in the app or submit a report on our Help Center immediately. We will lock the account, freeze pending escrows, and coordinate with authorities.
Under what conditions will LandlordnU issue a refund?
If the property you inspected physically does not match the description on the platform, or if the landlord fails to deliver access/keys, you can escalate the issue. Our support admins will investigate and issue a full refund of your escrowed rent.
How is landlord identity verified?
We conduct double-sided checks: verifying government-issued IDs, checking business registries for corporate owners, validating land documents with official registries, and performing physical site audits.
