For decades, house hunting in Nigeria has been a stressful gamble. Landlords struggle with untrustworthy agents who disappear with rents, while tenants face massive pressure: paying 1 or 2 years' rent in advance, 10% agency fees, 10% legal fees, only to find the water doesn't work, or worse, that three other families paid for the same apartment.
We believe that finding a home should be safe, transparent, and dignified. By introducing strict KYC verification, physical title auditing (C of O & R of O checks), and secure funds escrowing, we protect both parties from fraud and delays.
Our admin team stands between you and the scammers. If a landlord fails to hand over keys or delivers an apartment that doesn't match the audited inspection checklist, LandlordnU will freeze the escrow funds, investigate, issue refunds, and escalate fraudulent listings to the local authorities.
