How do you verify properties and owners?

Every landlord and property manager must complete ID/KYC verification. Furthermore, properties are physically verified by LandlordnU staff, and owners must submit official Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) or Right of Occupancy (R of O) documents before their listing is visible.

How are rental prices regulated?

We use professional valuer estimation reports to identify overpriced listings. If a property is listed above market value, the platform notifies visitors and highlights cheaper, comparable properties nearby.
